The information and instructions contained here in

Do not contact me directly in any fashion except to

for initial interviews.
We are looking for an account executive to service
and continue to develop an existing account list! This person
should have minimum of 3-5 years experience in business, have a bachelor’s
degree or equivalent, and possess excellent personal and business communication
skills.
The person selected will be expected to make sales
that incorporate both sides of StoneRiver’s business, marketing
services and promotional products. The person selected
has to be self motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
In-depth personal, credit and professional back ground
checks will made before a job offer is made to anyone. We expect
the individual to have high personal and business ethics.
We expect a lot and here is what we offer in
return:
1. First year earnings (salary, plus commission) in
the mid thirties, income should grow at the rate of about $10-12,000.00
per year for the next 3-4 years, topping out at about $70-75,000.00
per year based on current dollars.
2. We pay the first $275.00 per month of a Blue Cross
/ Blue Shield Health insurance policy for an individual or family
policy (currently an individual policy is $306.50).
3. Liberal vacation, holiday and personal leave policies.
4. 401-K plan with company matching the first 5% of
the employee contribution. One year service required before 401-K
plan participation is allowed. Vesting is the shortest the IRS
will allow (3) years.
5. Reimbursement for out of state travel and business
expenses incurred at the direction of the company. Local
travel, business lunches, client entertainment, etc. are not reimbursed unless
authorized prior to the expenditure.
The individual selected is expected to have an insured,
serviceable vehicle suitable for local client visits. StoneRiver
will expect to be named as co-insured on your liability policy!
